Cucumber Lemon Mint – for clear skin

Ingredients:

1 medium cucumber
1 medium sized lemon
10-12 mint leaves
Water

How to make:

  • Crush mint leaves.
  • Add the cucumber, lemon and mint into a pitcher or bottle. Fill with water.
  • Seal it with cling wrap or bottle cap.
  • Refrigerate overnight to infuse.

Blueberry Orange Water – for acne skin

Ingredients:

2 medium Mandarin Oranges, cut into wedges
A handful of blueberries
Water

How to make:

  • Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or bottle. Fill with water.
  • Seal it with cling wrap or bottle cap.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight to infuse.
  • Optional: Squeeze in the juice of one mandarin orange and squash the blueberries for more flavour.

Ingredients:

Cold water
Fruits (strawberries, lemon and lime are recommended)
1 tbsp chia seeds

How to make:

  • Add all the ingredients to the bottle or jar.
  • Shake well.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes and shake again
